What's the difference between a referral, reseller, and technology partner?

Three options, and it comes down to who owns the customer relationship. Referral partners make the intro and help during sales. We bill the customer, you get paid when it closes. Resellers buy Kindo from us and resell to their own customers, on its own or alongside their other services. They invoice the customer, we invoice the reseller. Technology partners embed Kindo in their product or build a deeper integration with ours.

How do partners get paid?

It depends on the partnership type. Referral partners earn a fee on every intro that closes. Resellers earn a margin on the Kindo deals they bring in. Technology partners work with us on deal-by-deal economics depending on the integration. We talk through specifics after you apply.

What does Kindo provide partners?

Depends on the partnership type, but generally: sales materials you can put in front of clients, technical resources to help you demo and support Kindo, a dedicated partner contact for deal questions, and co-marketing on the work we do together. Tech partners also get engineering support for the integration itself.
